Sanctions

Attention All Race Directors:

Effective Immediately, Please use this New Improved Method for submitting 'Sanction Forms' and 'Request for Certificate of Insurance Forms' to USA Track & Field Oregon for your race insurance needs.  

Please disregard ALL hard copy Sanction Forms you might have in your file.    These new forms are in a PDF format which allows you to type in your race information.

After completing all requested information with the required information, you will need to PRINT OUT your forms as the system does NOT allow you to save or email them.  Please print them out and then either mail, fax, or scan them (preferred method) to the USATF Oregon office or email address.  If you scan them, it is recommended that you copy yourself so you have an electronic record of your race(s).

If sent via Fax or email scan, the preferred method of payment would be VISA or M/C.  If you need to mail the forms, a check as usual, will be fine.  The sanction fees will continue with no change.
